We are NOT a traditional company or lab. Enactlab is founded on the idea ofcreating change with and for people because the world needs change. Wedon´t work for profit, we work for people and change. But we see profit as apart of creating sustainable changes.

In Enact we are specialists in creating sustainable change.
By sustainable we mean changes that makes sense to people and continue to live on evenwhen the bright lights are turned off and all the attention is gone. Because the sad reality isthat up to 70% of all change initiatives don´t deliver on the intended change.

On the contrary it often does the exact opposite:
Add more frustrations, because of over-promising and under-delivering.
Our method is our key to unlock the potential in corporations and organizations forsustainable change.
And all corporations and organizations have the potential to be change agents in society.

We combine state of the art scientific research with a deep knowledge of organizations and“People”/” teams”.
We are specialists in creating agency, community building, social dynamics and whatconstitutes a social sustainable culture.

In our Lab we conduct long-term research projects that leads to new knowledge on solvingstructural problems. But even more importantly, our Lab is where we turn knowledge andresearch into appliable and practical tools and actions to make change.

We believe in Open Science, knowledge sharing and interdisciplinary processes that cutacross professional siloes. We therefore work with an underlining notion of open innovationwhere we work in collaboration with our target groups, clients, stakeholders, etc. To exploreand co-create the actions and solutions that will make the changes sustainable.

Corporations and Organizations as change agents in society.

To solve the structural problems that society faces today, corporations and organizations must recognize the enormous potential they have to be agents of change. And the responsibility that comes with it.
Corporations and organizations have the agency to create changes internally and externally, creating ripples of change to impact everyone from their employees’ families and friends to their collaborators, suppliers and city and local community in which they are located.
Changes with effect far beyond themselves.

Structural problems have all one thing in common. 
They are easy to identify, butdifficult to solve. The cause of structural problems is complex, being both behavioral,systemic, and societal, and it goes back a long time in history. That’s obviously why we have such a hard time solving structural problems likecreating diverse organizations and corporate sustainability, even though there´s amutual understanding of the importance to do so.
To solve these problems a new approach is needed that is deeply rooted in theunderstanding of agency, lived experience, communities, and social dynamics. An approach that is open-ended and exploratory in nature and have a strongbottom-up element incorporated.
Because changes never happen, unless we can translate it into meaningful actionsfor people.
